1. Service description
CoreX is a Windows CPU scheduling optimization tool (the “Software”). It adjusts thread affinity and CPU core allocation to optimize system performance. Read and agree to these terms before using the Software.
2. Account registration
- You must register an account to access all features of the Software
- Registration information must be truthful, accurate and complete
- Each user may register only one account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for losses resulting from its disclosure
- Only one device may be logged in at a time
3. Licensing and payment
The mainland China perpetual license is device-bound. The international edition is not device-bound and allows one device signed in at a time; it is not yet on sale.
- Licensing and usage rules are specified in the official information for the selected regional edition.
- License codes are digital goods and are non-refundable once redeemed
- Rules for redemption, refunds and handling of license codes depend on the acquisition channel and the rules published at that time
- When the license expires, optimization features will stop without affecting the system
- Obtaining license codes through unofficial channels is prohibited
4. Rules of use
When using the Software, you must not:
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software
- Modify, crack or bypass the Software’s license verification mechanism
- Use the Software for illegal activities
- Resell, distribute or share your account
- Use automated tools to register accounts in bulk
- Interfere with or disrupt normal operation of the Software
5. Intellectual property
Ownership, intellectual property and related rights in the Software belong to the developer. A lawfully obtained license code grants permission to use the Software only and does not transfer intellectual property rights.
6. Disclaimer
- The Software is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of a specific performance improvement
- Results vary depending on hardware and usage
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure
- We are not liable for losses caused by use of the Software in violation of these terms
7. Account restrictions
We may restrict or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms
- Providing false registration information
- Malicious conduct or abuse of the system
- Dormant accounts with no login for more than 12 months
8. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website. Continued use of the Software indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are interpreted and enforced under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a competent people’s court.
